Our frictionless License Plate Recognition Camera system is designed to create a seamless parking experience.
How it works
When entering the parking facility, scan the QR code on the pedestal to begin your parking session. Once you input and verify your phone number, the gate will open automatically for you.
Once the gate opens, drive into the facility and locate a parking spot. Now that you're parked, you can complete the set up process if you do not already have an account with us by inputting your vehicle details and payment method.
When you're ready to depart, pull up your parking session on your phone or scan the QR code to reopen your session details. Tap on the Get Exit code button to populate a QR code. Present the QR code to the scanner on the pedestal to open the gate and exit the facility. Your default payment method will then be charged and we'll text you a link for your receipt.
How do I start my parking session?
Once you drive into the parking lot / garage, we record your license plate. If you have registered previously with this vehicle, you will be sent a text message and automatically start your session.
If your vehicle is not registered in our system, you can scan the QR code in the lot / garage, register your phone number and claim your parking session from the available license plates.

When will I be charged for my parking?
Once you have registered and input your default payment method, we will charge your credit card on file when you exit the parking location. You will be sent a text message that your session has ended and you will be provided a link to your receipt.

Where can I find my receipt for parking?
After each parking session ends, we'll text you a link where you can view your parking receipt. You can also view your frictionless parking history in your account management at any time by visiting park.parkingmgt.com/account.

What if the vehicle I'm driving is a rental or fleet vehicle?
When you register the vehicle, you're given the option to specify if the vehicle is a rental or fleet vehicle. Once this option is selected, you will be able to select the date that you would like that specific vehicle removed from your user profile.

Do I receive in and out privileges at the parking location?
Some of our facilities allow in and out privileges for overnight guests. If overnight parking is available, you will be presented with a calendar to select your checkout date. Each time you need to enter or exit the parking facility, simply open your parking session and tap the Get Entry or Exit code to generate a QR code to scan at the entry and exit pedestals.
How do I validate my parking?
Some of our partners offer discounted or complimentary parking for their patrons. If the location has business offering validated parking, they will provide you with a QR code to scan or a validation code to input in your active parking session. Many of these validations give our guests a set amount of time or a specific discount on parking. You will be responsible for the remaining balance after the validation is applied.

I need to change or update my default payment method.
Under your account management, you can add additional payment methods and set which will be the default. We will always charge the default payment method on file. If you don't have an active parking session, you can always access your account by visiting park.parkingmgt.com/account.
