Log in to the Parking Manager app

Open the Parking Manger app on your mobile device. Enter your mobile phone number and your password and click Login.

If you don't know your password, select the Forgot your password? option to reset it.

Select your Location

Next, you'll want to select your working location. It is best to start by searing to narrow down your results. Once you find your working location, select it.

Be sure to select the correct location. You may have access to more than one.

Manage the Location

You're ready to go! Take a moment to get familiar with the interface and options available to you.

Parking Session Count Number of active parking sessions in the lot. This includes reservations that you've checked in as well as the number of parking sessions that have been sold.

Check In Button Press the check in button in the lower right corner of the screen to start the check in process with a guest.

Location Menu You can use the location menu to access additional features and links to helpful resources.

Home Button At any time, click the PMC logo in the top left to go back to the parking session list view. This will also refresh the data to ensure you have the latest and greatest.
