Payments

The Parking Manager app supports the sale of parking directly on the app.

To begin the payment workflow, tap the $Sell Parking button below the QR code scanner. This will initiate the Payment Screen which will default the payment to the appropriate rate.

1. Tap to Pay

The Parking Manager supports Tap To Pay out of the box. This allows a guest to "tap" their card to the back of the mobile device to initiate payment. This works similar to Apple Pay and other wallet based payment methods.

• Once you're on the payment screen, you'll hit the Press to Use Tap to Pay.

• The next screen will allow you to complete the payment with the guest credit / debit card. You will place the chip of the card against your device where the screen indicates.

2. Card Swipe (hardware required)

If hardware has been provided to your location, you can connect to it via Bluetooth and initiate a payment via a credit card swipe.

3. QR Code

If the guest prefers to pay for parking on their own device rather than presenting a credit card, you can present the QR code from the payment page to the guest allowing them to pay on their own device. The guest will scan the QR code with their device and initiate payment.

Once payment is complete, the guest will enter the lot and the home screen active count will increase. You'll move on the assist the next guest in line!
