Thursday, December 12: Parking Manager App v2.8.1
We have released a new version of the Parking Manager App for minor bug fixes and patches.
Requested sessions now sort correctly.
Android bugfixes.
Properly sets a claim date and time.
Locations with no EV charging can no longer access EV portions of the app.
Bugfixes with EV charging.
Now properly shows the Update Now screen when users are too far behind the current version.
Thursday, November 21: Parking Manager App v2.7.0
In the latest version of the Parking Manager App (v2.7.0), users will now have the ability to set locations as favorites and view recently opened locations. The location search bar now requires a minimum of 4 characters to begin populating results.
Monday, October 28: Parking Manager App v2.6.3
Version 2.6.3 of the Parking Manager app has been released. This update visually removes the phone number from view inside of the app. No functionality has been impacted with this update.
Thursday, September 5: Advanced App Notifications & Sounds
A new version of the Parking Manager App (v2.6.0) was released which now gives users the ability to toggle advanced Notification Sounds on or Off.
When enabled, the user's device will alert with an audible sound when there is a vehicle request every 30 seconds until the request is cleared.
To access this feature, navigate to the menu shelf and select Settings. Within the Settings, you can toggle the feature on or off.
Thursday, August 22: Duplicate Ticket Error
In the newest version of the Parking Manager App (v2.5.1) users will now be given an error if they attempt to create a ticket with the same ticket number as an active session.
Wed, July 31: v2.4.0: Send Receipt In-App
Users can now send a receipt to the guest directly from the Parking Manager App. Click here to learn more about this feature!
In-App payments have been re-worked for faster set up and greater stability.
API endpoints have been reworked for additional stability to the app and platform.
Thu, June 6: v2.3.0 Arrival Gratuity Notification
Guests will now be sent a notification if they would like to tip once the vehicle status is marked as Park.
Numerous bug fixes were released as part of this update that include:
Tap to Pay on Event Mode causing crash now resolved
Incorrect or Invalid date displays correctly
Empty white boxes no longer appear when filtering vehicle list
Sorting parking session list works properly with all options
Keys scanned during scrub will now appropriately save if going back to ticket list
Search box for make / model no longer crashes app
Tue, May 21: Tiered Daily Valet, Guest Surveys & More
Forced App Update
In the upcoming release of the Parking Manager App, all users will be required to update to continue using the application. Failure to update will result in an inability to access the app. Click here for troubleshooting tips on Updating Your App.
Tiered Daily Valet Rates
The app will now calculate daily valet rates based on how long a guest has been parked with us
If a guest exceeds a set amount of time, they will be automatically charged the overnight rate
For detailed information regarding the daily valet rate at your location, please contact your Guest Services Manager or Regional Finance Manager.
Valet Guest Surveys
When a guest requests their valet vehicle, they will be presented with an option to leave a review on their digital claim ticket
They can give us a rating from 1 to 10 and leave a comment about their valet experience
We have redesigned the digital claim check, moving the ticket number to top

Mon, May 7: Parking Manager App v2.0.5
A new version of the Parking Manager App has been released.
Operational Impact
When timed out, log-in has been enhanced to remember your credentials and automatically log you back in when you reopen the app.
Key scrub now has the option to mark a vehicle as Hot rather than skipping over unknown room information. This will help ensure we are not inputting incorrect room numbers and checkout dates.
Please make sure our teams are utilizing this Hot Car button when they are unable to locate and confirm the guest information from the In-House guest list.
Customer Interface has been enhanced
Updated the checkout date calendar which will no longer allow them to select their arrival date as their departure date. This will minimize the issues we see where a guest gets checked out early because they selected the incorrect checkout date.
Once on the payment screen, guests can now go back to the Guest Information screen to adjust their room number and / or checkout date in the event they input the information incorrectly.

We have added 2 new useful articles to the Help Center.
Fri, Apr 26: Help Center Launched
The Help Center is LIVE and you've already found it! You will be able to access the Help Center directly from the Parking Manager App or the PMC Admin Dashbaord.
This portal will explain key features of the system, user guides and much more. We will be updating regularly with more content on existing and newly released features.
Tue, Apr 23: Android Camera Improvements
Our latest release addresses the issues with the Android camera. This was causing issues related to key scrub completion. Our hope is this improves both barcode scanning and key scrub performance.
We also added a fix to the menu drawer that will now close when changing locations.
Please update to the latest version of the app. If you continue to have issues, please submit a new support ticket with your device information.
