Learn how to start a new parking session for an overnight guest

A guest has arrived. It's time to check the guest in.
You should have the Parking Manager app installed and ready to use.
You should have received training on how to communicate with guests.
In the bottom right corner of the screen, select the green check in button
Enter the Ticket Number or Scan the barcode on the ticket
Enter the guest name (preferably first and last)
Enter the guest phone number
If needed, change the rate to the correct rate. The default Overnight Rate should be selected by default for Hotels.
The system will not allow you to check a vehicle in if there is already an active session with the same ticket number.
The vehicle is now in Queued status. Learn the steps to Park the vehicle in the next article.
