Learn how to add a guest room number and checkout date

There are different ways we collect an Overnight Guest room and departure date. Here's how you can input that information to the details of the valet ticket through the app.

Add or Edit a Guest Hotel Info

1. Find the Guest Vehicle Use the search function to pull up the guest's details. You can search by phone number, name, room number, ticket number, etc. – whatever gets you there fastest.

2. Guest Information

   • Hit the 3 dots in the bottom right corner of your screen.

   • Tap Add Guest Information.

   • Add the guest Room Number

   • Add the guest Checkout Date

   • Tap Submit

     • Both Room Number and Checkout Date are required before you can submit

Nicely done! We now have accurate guest information for billing purposes.
