Installing the App

Learn how to install and setup the Parking Manager app

You'll need a user account before installing the application.

1. Download and Install the app

You'll first need to find and install the app from the app store. You can search for PMC Parking Manager, or you can use one of the links below to download for your device.

  • iPhone users. Download from the App Store by clicking .

  • Android users: Download from the Google Play Store by clicking .

2. Granting permissions

To use the Parking Manager app, you will need to enable the required permissions. If not enabled correctly, the app will not function as intended. The permissions needed include,

  • Location Services. We need the location of the device so we can geo tag photos related to damage surveys and claims. Chose "Allow while using the app".

  • Camera Access. We need access to the camera so we can scan barcodes and take damage photos.

  • Push Notifications. This is so we can send alerts to your device when a vehicle is requested by a guest.

Upon opening the app for the first time, you will be asked to grant these permissions. Please grant each of the permissions to continue.

3. All set!

At this point, you're ready to start using the Parking Manager app. Next, you'll want to learn about the features of the app and watch a few user guides to get going.
