Manage the Session

Learn how to manage an individual parking session

From your location parking session list, you can select any session to view the single parking session page. This page will provide details about the parking session and give you options for moving the vehicle status, updating guest information, and other valuable actions. Take a moment to get familiar with the features of the single parking session page.

Back Button At any time, simply press the back button to go back to the previous screen.
Move Vehicle Button This button will allow you to change the status of the vehicle. The button will update as the vehicle status changes. For example, if the vehicle status is Queued, the Park option will be available.
Session Details Here you can view details about the session, such as the payment status, claim check number, guest name, departure date, and more. This can be useful in identifying guests or confirming session data is correct.
Actions Menu Press this button to open the Actions menu. This will give you access to additional options, such as updating the guests data, or starting a claim.
Home Button At any time, click the PMC logo in the top left to go back to the parking session list view. This will also refresh the data to ensure you have the latest and greatest.
