Start your shift with the Parking Manager app

You've arrived for your shift and you're ready to get to work. Let's get you going!

1. Login to the Parking Manager app

Open the Parking Manager app on your mobile device. Enter your mobile phone number and your password and click Login.

If you don't know your password, select the Forgot your password? option to reset it.

2. Select your Location

Next, you'll want to select your working location. It's best to start by searching to narrow down your results. Once you find your working location, select it. You can also set a location as a favorite for quick access to sites you work frequently.

Be sure to select the correct location. You may have access to more than one.

3. Manage the Location

You're ready to go! Throughout your day, everything you'll need to manage your location will be here. Take a moment to get familiar with the interface and options available to you.

Parking Session List

The parking session list is where you will find all in-house guests at your location. This includes daily and overnight, as well as guests that are Out & Returning. Select a session to view more details.

Search, Filter, and Sort

You can quickly filter the parking session list view by searching for guest name, phone number, vehicle tag, room number, or claim check number. You can also use the Vehicle Filter to quickly view sessions in a specific status, such as parked.

Requested Vehicle Alert

If you see this alert in the top right, it means you have a vehicle that has been requested. Click the alert image to quickly view all vehicles waiting to be retrieved.

Check In Button

Press the check in button in the lower right corner of the screen to start the check in process with a guest.

Location Menu

You can use the location menu to access additional features. These include searching for guests that have checked out of the system, starting a claim or an audit, as well as a few others.

Home Button

At any time, click the PMC logo in the top left to go back to the parking session list view. This will also refresh the data to ensure you have the latest and greatest.

Now that you're familiar with the location interface, lets take a look at the single parking session view and get a feel for how we manage the guests stay.
