How to Resend a Guest Receipt Using the Parking Manager App

Let's walk through how you can resend a receipt to our guest.

1. Use the search function to pull up the guest's details. You can search by phone number, name, room number, etc. – whatever gets you there fastest.

2. Resend the Guest Receipt

   • Click those 3 dots.

   • Select Send Receipt.

   • Input the guest email address.

   • Tap Submit.

And that’s it! The should receive their parking receipt momentarily.

How to send a receipt if the session has ended

Let's take a look at how to send a receipt if the guest has already checked out

1. Tap the menu icon in the top right of the screen.

2. Select the Search Sessions option.

3. Locate the guest session from the search by name, room number, or license plate.

4. Select the applicable guest session.

5. Tap those 3 dots in the bottom right and select Send Receipt.

6. Input the guest email address and hit submit.

Receipt is on the way to our guest!

The guest email provider may flag the receipt as junk or spam. Make sure the guest checks those folders if they don't see it in their inbox.
