Learn how to send a guest their receipt from the Parking Manger App.

Let's walk through how you can resend a receipt to our guest.
Use the search function to pull up the guest's details. You can search by phone number, name, room number, etc. – whatever gets you there fastest.
Resend the Guest Receipt
Click those 3 dots.
Select Send Receipt.
Input the guest email address.
Tap Submit.
And that’s it! The should receive their parking receipt momentarily.
Let's take a look at how to send a receipt if the guest has already checked out
Tap the menu icon in the top right of the screen.
Select the Search Sessions option.
Locate the guest session from the search by name, room number, or license plate.
Select the applicable guest session.
Tap those 3 dots in the bottom right and select Send Receipt.
Input the guest email address and hit submit.
Receipt is on the way to our guest!
