In the bottom right corner of the screen, select the green check in button
The guest will present the QR code they received via email when they initially purchased their parking
Scan the QR code on the guest device
If valid, you'll see a green check and you will allow the guest into the lot
if invalid, you'll see a red X and the appropriate error
"Error - Session not found" - The system could not find a valid reservation with that QR code
"Error - Incorrect Lot" - The system found a valid reservation but the guest is in the wrong lot. The error code will include the correct lot that the guest purchased the reservation for so you can direct them accordingly.
