We release updates to the Parking Manager App on a regular basis when new features are available. If you don't have the Parking Manager App on your device, .
Users will be mandated to update to the most recent version periodically when critical features or fixes are released that impact the functionality of earlier versions.
In the Parking Manager App, your current app version is listed on the menu shelf and on the initial Login screen.
Q: How much space is required to install or update the Parking Manager App?
A: We designed our app to run with minimal system resource in order to ensure wide usage across all devices. Our app only requires approximately 60 MB of storage to install or update which is about the sizes of 5 photos on an average phone. (Note: most social media platforms require 5 to 6 times more storage than our app!)
Q: I have auto updates enabled. Why is my device still on an old version?
A: When apps auto update are dependent on your device's system settings. Most devices default settings check for and update apps around 2:00 AM local time. App updates may not run if the device isn't plugged in or if it is in power save mode.
Q: The app is forcing me to update but I don't have enough storage!
A: If your device storage is full, consider deleting an unused application or a few duplicate photos to free up space.
