Park a Vehicle

Learn the steps and information needed to park a vehicle using the app

The vehicle is in Queued status and you've safely parked it (wheels straight & between the lines 🚘). Let's get the vehicle and parking information into the system

Locate the Queued Vehicle

• From the main location screen, you can search for the vehicle by ticket number or you can filter the list to only show vehicles in Queued status.

• Select the corresponding parking session to the ticket number of the vehicle you've just parked

• You're now presented with the Edit Vehicle screen.

• The Ticket Number, Guest Name, and Guest Phone are already populated from the Check-In workflow.

• Accurately type in the License Plate

• Select the license plate State

• Select the Vehicle Make

• Select the Vehicle Type

  • The Vehicle Type is what determines the Oversized Surcharge.

• Select the Vehicle Color

• Input the Parking Spot

• Tap Submit

The vehicle is now in Park status! You're ready to notate damage by completing a Vehicle Damage Survey (VDS) which is explained in the next article.

All fields in the Park workflow are required. Please make sure you input accurate information.
