Late Checkout Charge
Learn how the Late Checkout Charge feature works
The platform supports the ability to charge late checkout fees to the guest if they stay beyond a their checkout time.
How it Works
On their checkout day, the guest will receive an SMS message 30 minutes prior to the configured local time. That message will read:
Your valet service is ending at 12:30pm. Please request your vehicle to avoid additional charges. [link to digital claim check]
5 minutes before the configured local time, if the guest has not checked out, they will receive a final warning message via SMS. That message will read:
Your valet service is ending now. Please request your vehicle to avoid additional charges. [link to digital claim check]
At the configured local time, if the guest has not checked out, a late checkout fee will be added to their invoice and they will be required to pay it before requesting their vehicle.
