Record Your Screen

Learn how to record your screen on both Apple iOS and Android Devices

In many cases, a bug may be specific to your device, network, location, or other item that we're unable to replicate. Recording your screen is a great way to share what you see with the tech support team. In most cases, this functionality is built into your device's operating system.

Record on an Android Device

If you don't have an Android 11 or later, you may have to download a third-party screen recording app at the Google Play Store.

Open your Quick Settings

Swipe down from the top of your phone screen, being sure to pull the screen down all the way to access your Quick Settings Panel. Swipe right until you find your screen record icon.

To add the screen record to the Quick Settings, tap the edit icon or the 3 dots depending on your manufacturer, locate the application and add it to the settings.

Start using your device

Once the screen recording begins, navigate back to the Parking Manager App and demonstrate the issue you are experiencing.

Finish and save your recording

To stop the screen recording, either tap the stop button on screen or in your notifications. The video will be stored in your media library so you can upload it to the support ticket.

Record on an iOS Device

Start Recording

Swipe down from the top of your device screen to open Control Center. Once open, you'll want to press the Record button. This is typically one of the bottom right buttons, but may be different based on your personal customizations.

Start using your device

Once the screen recording begins, navigate back to the Parking Manager App and demonstrate the issue you are experiencing. You'll know the recording has started by the red box in the top left corner.

Finish and save your recording

To stop your recording, swipe down from the top to open Control Center again. Click the recording button once more to stop the recording.

Access the video

Your video will automatically be saved to your Photos. You can click the notification, or open your Photos app to view. Use this video when submitting your submit ticket.
