Throughout the guests stay, the platform will send SMS messages to the guest. Below are the details of some of the standard messages every guest will receive. Note that a guest may receive other messages depending on features enabled at your location.

Message: Guest Check In

When you first check a guest in, we will send their Digital Claim Check. This message should arrive shortly after completing the check in process.

Message: Vehicle Retrieval

When a guest requests their vehicle, a valet will need to accept the request. Once a valet accepts the request and moves the vehicle status to "retrieving", the guest will receive a message.
