Our guest can't locate the welcome text message. Let's send them a new link.
Let's quickly walk through how you can resend a digital claim ticket to a guest with the Parking Manager app.
Find the Guest Vehicle Use the search function to pull up the guest's details. You can search by phone number, name, room number, etc. – whatever gets you there fastest.
Verify the Guest’s Phone Number
Hit the 3 dots in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Tap Edit.
Check the guest's phone number. If it needs tweaking, now's your chance to update it.
Resend the Guest Claim Check
Tap the back arrow to return to the guest info screen
Click those 3 dots again.
Select Send Claim Check.
And that’s it! You’ve ensured the guest has their digital ticket easily accessible.
