This feature is available for all Overnight and Daily Valet operations.

The Parking Manager App now has the ability to add a surcharge based on the vehicle type that is selected by the valet.

How it Works

When a guest checks in, the Vehicle Type that is selected when parking the vehicle is what will determine if the Oversized Surcharge should be applied.

FAQ

Why do we charge extra for Oversized Vehicles?

Larger vehicles create additional operational challenges. At some locations, it could require the the oversized vehicle be parked in a different location or offsite if it doesn't fit in our normal parking location.

In addition to the operational impacts, oversized vehicles come with a higher risk of damage than a standard vehicle type.

What is considered an Oversized Vehicle?

At most locations, a Full Sized SUV such as a Chevy Tahoe or a full sized truck such as a Ford F150 is considered oversized. For questions regarding what constitutes an Oversized Vehicle at your location, please contact your Guest Services Manager or Regional Finance Manager.
