Our platform will send push notifications to users when a guest requests their vehicle.
Users can toggle Advanced Notifications on or off from the Parking Manager App. When enabled, the user's device will notify with an audible alert when a vehicle request is received and will continue every 30 seconds until the request is cleared.
Learn how to enable Advanced Notifications
Once logged into the app, navigate to your applicable location
Tap the menu shelf in the top right corner
Select Settings
Toggle on or off Notification Sounds
When you first installed the application, a prompt to enable push notifications will be displayed. You will need allow notifications. If you did not allow them, you can modify this via your device settings.
